"For me, as Director of Strathfield College, my key concern is that we provide a friendly and helpful environment in which to learn. We want you to be part of the College, not just someone enrolled in a course.
In addition to Australia, I have extensive education experience internationally, particularly in China. My key responsibility is Strathfield College's international operations.
You are welcome to talk to me about the College, living in Australia and, of course, your home country."

Natalie Fontana | Public Relations Manager
natalie.fontana@strathfieldcollege.edu.au
Having been with the College since its opening in 2005, Natalie has enjoyed watching Strathfield College grow into the innovative and dependable education provider it is today. It is a vibrant and stimulating environment to work in and staff who worked here at the start up are still here. She believes it is wonderful that the college has transformed over the years from a few classrooms to occupying several floors of the lovely, heritage listed Manning Building.
Natalie believes there are three key reasons for the success of Strathfield College the first being our diverse and enthusiastic student body. Students bring with them their hopes and aspirations and really bring the college to life. The second reason is the loyalty and determination of the staff at the college. The marketing team (9 staff) are committed to providing top quality customer service. The third element is the relationships with reputable agents which the marketing staff have developed over many years to great success.
As the Public Relations Manager she works with the marketing team in promoting the college and providing students with support throughout their time with Strathfield College. Natalie enjoys maintaining the relationships forged with our agents over the years. She hopes that the college will always remain a place where students are happy, fulfilled and achieving their best.

For the time I have been with Strathfield College, it has been great working with agents from all over the world. Before I came to Australia, I was working in the education sector in India helping students make the big decision of coming to study in Australia. I can really appreciate students’ needs and requirements so I enjoy working closely with them ensuring that their time with us is positive and memorable.
Patricia Touma | Marketing, Korea and Japan
patricia.touma@strathfieldcollege.edu.au
Patricia Touma’s role at the college is to work with Korean and Japanese agents in promoting SC Onshore and Offshore. She also provides support to all students, and it helps that Korean is her first language.
The beauty of her job is that she gets to know the students from their enrolment with us through to the time they graduate. Students can see Patricia about a whole range of matters, from getting a letter of offer, paying fees or seeking advice on courses and opportunities for the future.
For many years Patricia was a tour guide who travelled all around the world, she then decided to stay in the most beautiful country, Australia. She feels fortunate in having the opportunity to help international students make the most of their time here and definitely understands the choice to make Australia a new home.
When out of the office Patricia makes the most of her time by enjoying golf, fishing, painting, and travelling but most of all spending time with her 7 year old son.
